各位同事,

SB終於有ON-LINE HELP功能了.

即使未算完美, 但對SB來說, 是一種突破, 今後要做的祇是令內容更豐富, 並將功能加至其它系統中.

\help> 文件存在 \ALLDATA\RELEASE\2008\01> 內.

今後RELEASE之SB, 不論是 7.0 或 7.5 版, 都要加入此功能.

在SB的資料檔內, 開一個FOLDER, 名為 \HELP> 並將HTML FILE抄入, 即可.

使用時, 按 F1 鍵, IE 即會將檔案顯示.

以下文件, 在HELP內的 README.HTM 有一份.

On Line Help

Effective from 1/2/2008, SB module will be equipped with on-line help function.

To make this function effective, the execution file must be re-compiled to include this function
.

“Data Folder” will added with a folder named as \HELP>

e.g. C:\SB\HELP

Help folder are files in HTML format.

Each html file are named to screen number.

e.g. help file for menu (9) DIVIDEND, BONUS & ELI MANAGEMENT  will be named as 9.html

Whenever F1 key is pressed on a menu screen (with screen number), it will call up
a corresponding help html file.

How to update help function.

Update help files, just use MW WORD to open the html file and edit content.
Replace original file with the new one and it is updated.

POP may release new version of help files. In this case, just rename the original \HELP> folder
to \HELP_OLD>, and create a new folder \HELP> and copy all the latest version HTML file to the f
older. This will update the help content.

Note: The reason to rename \HELP> folder is to retain user’s edited files.
